In the Middle School, academics and character are joined in the pursuit of excellence. The WPCA faculty and staff appreciate the importance your child’s middle school experience will have on his/her future success. They take their responsibility seriously and provide students a strong academic and moral foundation to prepare them for their high school years and beyond. Students who have been in WPCA’s Middle School have moved on to become leaders in high school and have achieved great success.
WPCA’s smaller class size and increased instructional time allows teachers to pursue greater depth in the curriculum. Moral Focus programs reinforce character and the moral fiber in your child. This strengthens responsibility and leadership traits that will prepare him/her for future challenges.
Children in grades 6-8 are encouraged to participate in Student Government. It meets weekly and works closely with staff to develop and implement projects for the benefit of the entire student body.
Our staff is a team of highly dedicated teachers who are specialists and highly qualified in their subjects and have high standards and expectations. Their efforts often extend beyond the classroom to include tutoring, coaching, and mentoring. They take the time to build relationships with students and find ways to motivate them to learn.
